Delaware EITC Campaign's Mission

The purpose of the Delaware EITC Campaign is to promote the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) by offering FREE statewide tax preparation to Delaware residents making less than $40,000 where they can claim this and other valuable credits. This program is part of a comprehensive strategy to elevate the standard of living and cash flow of Delaware residents. In addition, customers are linked to information and services, such as financial education programs, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs) and Certificates of Deposit (CDs) to help them become financially self-sufficient.
