Delaware EITC Campaign's Mission

The purpose of the Delaware EITC Campaign is to promote the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) by offering FREE statewide tax preparation to Delaware residents making less than $50,000 with dependents, and less than $25,000 without dependents where they can claim this and other valuable credits. This program is part of a comprehensive strategy to elevate the standard of living and cash flow of Delaware residents. In addition, customers have access to financial education and services, such as Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and saving bonds to help them on their road toward economic self-sufficiency.
